Milka Milliance, MBA is a leadership advisor with expertise in women in leadership, design thinking, managing change and organizational development. As an executive coach, consultant, seminar facilitator for the American Management Association, author and international speaker, Milka delivers evidence-based consultations that support a more expansive view of leadership that closes the gender gap in leadership. Her consulting approach centers gender imbalance in leadership within a triad of inadequate policies, command control org structures and the ignored professional development needs of managerial women who aspire to be leaders.

We R Artemis Leadership Inc. advises organizations and individuals on how to effectively integrate structures, policies and models that facilitate the advancement of women into leadership through coaching and leadership development interventions.  She is the author of Your Journey to Self-Redefinition: A Woman’s Guide to Transitions and a contributing author to Women Entrepreneurship and the Myth of Underperformance.  Prior to launching her leadership advisory firm, she worked at leading management consulting consultancies like:  KPMG, Mercer, Oliver Wyman and Linkage Inc. Milka received her B.A. from Columbia University and an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business, Babson College with a focus on Organizational Behavior and Entrepreneurship.
