Ivka Adam is the founder and CEO of Iconery, a Heatbeat Company. Iconery is the premier source for end-to-end jewelry design, production, and online retailing. Innovating on the traditional supply chain, Iconery works with celebrities, brands, and influencers to produce their fine jewelry collections with minimal start-up costs and on-demand production. Iconery was acquired by Heartbeat in 2019. Ivka is now also the CMO of Heartbeat.

Ivka has nearly two decades of experience in management and marketing roles from eBay, Modnique, Hulu, and EY.  She holds a degree in Economics from UCLA and an MBA from USC.

Beyond work, she enjoys backpacking and mountain-climbing and has summited Mount Kilimanjaro, Mount Whitney 7 times, and hiked the John Muir Trail 4 times, while wearing her nameplate necklace and never losing her sense of style.
