Fran has worked in specialty retailing for over 35 years and has a deep passion for product design and development, merchandising, branding and creative. She is an innovative thinker able to combine creative strategy and analytical expertise for superior financial performance.

Fran has been involved with startups as well as large companies. Her board service covers both private and public boards and she has experience with family owned and founder led businesses.

Fran is an avid outdoors person, especially skiing and paddling, and loves to travel the world; 7 continents and 70 countries and still counting.
